Hulda Ostlund was born may 21 1885 in Elsinore, Sevier, Utah to Jonas (19 March 1850 Torp, Norland, Sweden) and Bertha Christenia Anstrom (9 March 1848 Torp Norland Sweden). They had 9 children:
Albin, Levi, Hjaldmeur, Amanda, John, Leonard, Daniel, Huldah, and Clarence. All the children were born in Utah except Albin who ws born in Minnesota.
Jonas and Bertha baptized into the LDS church in Sweden and moved to America. They married in Alberta Lea, Minnesota 1874.
Moved to Elsinor, Utah and then moved to Sterling, AB in 1901.
